Metal bond diamond Frankfurt abrasive with diagonal groove segments is usually used for rough calibration and medium grinding on natural stone and artificial quartz slabs with automatic polishing machines and line polishing machines with the characteristics of stabilization, extremely high output, low consumption, excellent gloss etc.

This frankfurt is with two changeable segments fixed onto steel base plate with screw. It is easier to change the segments after polishing stone worn out and the steel base plate could be in recycle use as well.
