We don't offer free samples,
please don't ask Free
Samples if you would like to test our products.

We usually offer high quality products, and
we don't offer very cheap products.

Some special diamond tools not found from
our website also possible available from us. Please send us inquiry
and photos if you need a quotation.

The price is mainly decided by the quality, supply and
demand relations, region difference. Please not to easily say that
our price is high without testing.

Any order amount or quantity is possible available from
ChinaDiamant.com, but strongly recommend you to place order which
gross weight of the goods not less than 21kgs(Courier Service) or 45kgs(Air
Cargo). Also if your requirement is not convenient for production,
we will inform the minimum order quantity.

All offers are based on FOB China, Quotations of CIF term
by air or sea cargo with specific destinations are available.

7. |
Payment: Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) of 100% amount before
shipment (only).

8. |
Complaint: Offer detailed report and
photos, or return back used products, we will make compensation or
give replacement. Which is valid within 3 months from the date of
shipment.

We are considering to buy your products, how can I know the
quality?
The quality of
Chinese products is not the best while the price is
cheap. Place one trial order and test it you will know the
performance.

I don't see any prices on your web site, can you tell why?
Wide range products with different specification and different quality
class concerned, not possible to put price list on the website. We always send
the offer according to our customers' detailed inquiry!

Do you have office or representative or agent in our country?
We don't have office in other country.
Our main customers are end users, if necessary we will inform who is
our customer in your country.

4. |
What is the minimum quantity we should buy?
We don't mind how much amount or how many quantity you want to buy,
we will try our best to reach your requirements, if we can, we do!
If your quantity is not convenient for production, we will inform
the minimum quantity.

As I know some companies supply free samples, do you offer free
samples?
We don't offer any free samples, and not possible to offer free
samples since we are facing so many customers. Also Free samples is
already a history, now almost no factory offer free samples to a new
customer.

6. |
We make the payment, what we should do if you don't send us our
goods?
It is impossible to happen! If you send us the money, please inform
us or send us the receipt copy of Bank Wire Transfer so that we can make the
production and arrange shipment as soon as possible. If we can not
make the shipment due to some force majeure, we will return back the
money.

What is the delivery way to send our goods?
By Courier, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo, depends on the
weight or customers' request.
Courier: 3-7 days (Door to Door Service, like DHL,
TNT, UPS, FEDEX, weight over 21kgs is cheaper)
Air Cargo: 5-10 days (Minimum 45kgs, some Airline
companies request 100kgs)
Sea Cargo: usually over 20 days (Some Sea port loose
cargo is not available)

How much I should pay for delivery charge?
When you place order, we will calculate the approximate gross
weight, multiply current freight rate, plus Chinese Customs
formalities & documents charges then we get the final charges. We
will let you know and print it in the Proforma Invoice of your
order. If we collect more, we will return back extra amount in your
next order.

What we should do if your products can not run well?
If our products can not run well, please check whether the operation
is correct? Also check whether there is problem with the machine?
After get rid of these possibility then it may be the problem of our
products. Send us the detailed report for our analyse, it is better
if you can send back those used products so that our technician can
check the problem. If it is our quality problem we will make
compensation or replacement will be done as soon as possible. |
